The law firm that prepared the Will was LSF's firm, and the witnesses, LSF's firm's lawyers. LSF was not a witness to the execution of the Will. LHY made a blunder when he proclaimed the Will was prepared by L&L's Kwa, but Kwa came out to deny. Presumably LSF took the old Will that was prepared by L&L, made some amendments and engrossed the Will for execution. LHY is a layman after all, and to him, Kwa was the lawyer who drafted the Will.
