I don't blame the boss of the restaurant. I place the blame on the government for making it so easy and cheap for the boss to use foreign workers. As an entrepreneur, he will take the easy way.
That's the primary reason why productivity here is low ...business is not investing in capital equipment. It is cheap labour that they are depending on.
