wah you got good sleep like that ...6 hours is more than enough to go through all the various sleep stages. Well done.

i have problemtrying to get deep sleep, i change my matress also cos of my back problem. then,i change the position of my bed. also,better sleep. apparently, i remove the side table and all things cluttering around my bed and i feel better. now, my sleep pattern is i sleep at around 3am,wake up at 9+ am, go marketing with mum, then come home aleep at ard 12pm, then wake up at abt 2to3pm, get ready for driving taxi.

sleeping pills are addictive as told by my GP. stress can be a factor also,can affect sleep.
 
yes..stress leads to all sorts of physical , mental and emotional issues. Must try to manage it.

bro, what type of medication your doctor give you ? other then the memory loss side-effect , what side-effect you get from the pills ?
Think it should be dormicum. It's blue in color. Many drug addicts also used this as a substitube. The other side effect is wake up with a "Tao Gong Gong" symptom, machiam don't know it's really waking up or still sleeping. Dormicum with alcoholic drinks can also get very high. Even higher than weeds especially with beer.

I think I've recommended reading in bed in another thread. Your eyes would naturally tire out and you would fall asleep. For you, the recommended book should be the Bible.

currently i cant go holiday ..too many work have to be done . even if i can spare 3 days and travel to some prefecture outside the city ..i still think 3 days wont help much about my sleeping problem . thats why i come to a point that i worry my body will breakdown eventually .

I used to average 4 hrs too.

As long as you don't feel very tired when you wake, it's ok. It's not the number of hours but the quality of sleep.


its been nearly 2 months ...i dont know whats wrong with me ..everyday i just sleep for 4 or 5 hours . :(
