K Shanmugam Sc Now is 8.30 am (25 August 24) and a few minutes ago again someone whistled at me when I was walking to hawker centre. A despicable person that attacked from behind or hiding along the shop corridor or from nearby market stalls. I am too tired to deal with criminal bullies everywhere everyday.
