It's true what. Early part of the season they can kelong until song song then chiong for points later. Why waste your money on Serie A bets? In games where they should be able to win by a comfortable margin like 2-0, 3-0, instead you get scores like 1-0 or 2-1 or worse 1-1, 2-2.

I see Vietnam as a poorer cousin of China. If China cmi, you can forget about Vietnam. Vietnam is always the second choice vis-a-vis China for investors.
