Malaysia Can't

Tracy,
In the end, did you pay the Policeman or not ?.

wahlaneh...
i also suspect tracytan is a guy in ladies skirt unless prove by pic.:D

If Tracy Tan is a hot chick, she would have been treated with concessions wherever she go, Malaysia or not. If you compare the treatments accorded to a hot chick and a ugly pig, you will understand. :D

the strange thing about malaysia is that banglas, pakis and myanmars can speak malay, but local chinese cannot.

You mean Malaysian Chinese can't speak Malay? Hmmm... you need to mix around more... a lot of M'sian Chinese speaks Malay like native tongue... not that it's anything to be proud of but just stating facts

I know 2nd link there always got this mat TP targeting SG car. But if you were not in the wrong why scare of them? Probably let them issue summon and dun sign it ? or provide any proof of speeding ? I do not how do they classified driving dangerously is.
RM700 is too much . There is no rate. RM100 they very happy already..

Wana test drive your car , try it on midnight after 12am. best after 2am at NS. :)

They set road block on the basis of rate of return. Hence Saturday mornings inbound towards M'sia you have high chance of encountering road block. This is after 2nd link toll before turning into Pontian-JB-Pasir Gudang exit... i have driven this stretch for 500 x and never ever encountered a single road block... that day suay + i was indeed speeding so i was wrong... what i want to find out is whether it is true the saman can add up to MYR300 for speeding + MYR400 for dangerous driving

Just like what this bro say... is true..

Try calling their bluff. If you were genuinely not speeding, ask them to write you out a ticket rather than pay a bribe. 9 times out of 10, they will just wave you on.

This is my experience when dealing with the Malaysian TP.

try this as of 2009... summons for speeding only RM70 ??? :eek:
don't know that the summons has been reduced... :D
didnt mention anything about driving dangerously..

bro they just try to scare you only.. dont kana con...
you argue with them, i am sure they also dont want any trouble...

Sounds bad that a citizen or visitor has to call the Policeman's bluff..what happens to honesty and integrity in the Public Service?

so these road blocks are to allow TP to take bribes?

fuyoo... Eistein also cannot figure that out..
Speed = (energy x 2 legs x time) / mass? :D

e = mc^2

where...

e denotes erection
m means mammalian (glands)
c stands for cleavage
^2 = squared or power of 2

e is a function of the size of m times the depth of c and desirability of c. that was what gave einstein his inspiration to come up with that formula. he was having a boner while staring at two heavenly bodies and the time-space continuum between them.

Yes, it is an unfortunate fact of life that corruption is rife in the Malaysian Public Service but if you were not speeding you should have insisted on evidence to the contrary.
In my situation, they said the photo evidence would be sent to my address in Singapore (of course it never came). Their 'scare' tactics of setting up road blocks to collect coffee money is well know especially just before Hari Raya and CNY.

Did you pay the bribe or accept the summons?

so these road blocks are to allow TP to take bribes?

More than 15 years. I got a road block at Seremban. I told the Officer, issue me the summon than rather give him bride. The summon MY$100, got the receipt and moved on.
Tracy, presumably you are a girl, a pretty one otherwise you won't used the word "lustfully". I as lo assumed your companion is a girl too. Otherwise you won't confront the Traffic Police. If what I said is true. This is my advice.
Never drive up to MY alone or companion also a woman. I do not know what is the situation now as I seldom drive up. If you dressed up well and do look sexy enough. You are drawing attentions, especially when you take a stop rest.
Becareful where you stop for a rest. People are watching you. One of the mistakes during those days Singaporeans would like to stop at Ayer Hitam. Those were days car-napping and raping happened.
