Exactly. A low fertility rate is not a problem at all, but an inevitable symptom of industrialized country. The population 'pyramid' in these countries is always shaped like the Eiffel Tower.

The two child policy was great for singapore at that time. It ended a long time ago. So how can anyone possibly accuse him of our low fertility? Why blame others for your own failures?

How is that possible when the campaign ended a long time a ago.
There weren't such campaigns in other industrialised nations but they all have low fertility just like us. I don't see the logic of blaming LKY for your failures sir. You gotta make more sense than you are doing now sir.

If ppl who are work permit holders cannot get married here is one of the many laws, thereby this rule must be that work permit holders are 'undesirable' according to your Master to procreate so what the fuck is your Master complaining if peasants are NOT procreating?
