World Cup 2010 Forecastology

Argentina squad got enough talent to cover this hole. The million dollar question is what strategy Mr Hand-of-God is going to use tonight. Most of the other managers have previous play record in the various leagues that allows you to make an educated guess of what they will do. Mr Hand-of-God however got no record. Still too early to say but his play strategy from the Argentina-Nigeria match suggest that he is not the inexperienced clown that many in the sports press make him out to be.
You misunderstood me bro.
I left out the "because".

Orrr.... understand liao.

I like Argentina as those pictures and stories abt Mr Hand-of-God give the herd a poor impression and thus allow you to get nice odds.

For those who want to understand Mr Hand-of-God beyond the clownish pictures, check out the following article.

http://supersport.com/football/2010-world-cup/news/100616/South_Korean_coach_blasts_Maradona

His remarks at the press conference will put the referee on gaurd, esp against the South Korea side. If it works, expect a "strict" match tonight. i would also expect the Argentine team to dive at every opportunity.

His tactics so far remind me of Muhammad Ali - playing the role of a loud mouth clown to lure his opponent into underestimating him.

Argie - South Korea
2 - 2

Greece - Nigeria
1 - 0

Mexico - France
1 - 3

Half time score - Argentina 2 Korea 1. Korea scored in the dying minute of the first half and it was a wonderful goal.

With this win, Argentina is the first team to qualify for 2nd round (last 16). Another place is between Nigeria and Korea, if Nigeria beat Greece late on. A draw between Nigeria and Greece would be the best result for Korea.

Korea comprehensively defeated. Argentina prove too strong for kimchi.Case closed.

Now Greece leading Nigeria by 2 goals to 1. Looks like Nigeria got to pack up and go home.

Argentina versus South Korea seemed to attract lots of attention from forummers here, but not Nigeria versus Greece. You don't know what you're missing if you didn't watch. Classic do or die go and shoot battle. Nigeria got a lead but an unfortunate send-off. Greece didn't hesitate already, simply go do or die and shoot. Nigeria also no choice, simply go do or die and shoot. Greece is now salted fish flipped over and resurrected.

Lol, technical glitch, hahaha, no live match for 3 minutes!!!!

Mexico now leading by 2 goals (1 penalty).

Thierry Henry still sitting on the bench.
