What may happen later is that SMRT will announce a "spinoff" REIT company, formed by getting a huge bank loan and buying the land on which the retail shops are situated. This new REIT company will generate rental income from the retailers, get itself listed and pay a handsome dividend to their mainly SG ah pek and ah ums shareholders, who will be delighted at the windfall.

Oh, and before that, they will of course search the whole world for the most appropriate person to helm this magnificent new company and conclude that the CEO will be none other than see-Saw.

Hope they retain such talent and place her in CapitalLand.

speak for yourself, she should be placed on next flight to malaysia and ship her away

A coach ticket from one of the buses at golden mile will be sufficient.
Btw, if she doesn't know this, the nearest mrt station to gm is Lavender.

Like that must ask Ah Ram to escort LOL wahahaha!!!

That's why I'll still say: "The eventual losers are the Sinkies living in Sinkie Land."

They have been paying her the exorbitant salaries for years (via increased MRT and bus fares, high rental yields from her retail shops in MRT stations) and it's now for her to enjoy what she had reaped. Only a meagre percentage of their income is actually derived from their overseas investments. In fact, thinking carefully, she's the real one who had really benefited, with no penalties whatsoever.

So, Sinkies living in Sinkie Land have all along been paying overpriced transportation and an overpriced government, the latter of which had just been revealed 3 days ago with the review (to reduce) of the ministerial salaries. Anyway, it's entirely justified because those 60.1% had just simply asked for it.

she is millionaire, give some face leh, she quit, i already happy, no need to go so far. at least she got the balls to quit, unlike some of her friend who die die dun leave her post.

people always say PAP did an amazing job for singapore, but in late 19 th century, singapore import japanese prostitute. Now japan way ahead of singapore. In late 80's, singapore import south korea construction workers, now south korea way ahead of us. Is PAP narrow minded policy holding singapore back?

Her good classmate, Ho Jinx, may be seriously considering your proposal.

At least external consultant stationed in malaysia for these joint ventures also cannot meh:confused::o

what wrong with you? you are related to her? she go to malaysia, you die is it?

Parlimentary statement by the rear guarding admiral on Monday. The timing of Saw's resignation suggest significant lapses were discovered. The goat has been sacrificed so we will get the rare opportunity to hear about something quite candid.

It is a good play on the part of the PAP and will win back a fair amount of political credibilty and points. More so if they treat Saw harshly and do things like a claw back of the million dollars or so of bonus she was paid just prior to the incident.

The rear gaurdsman is going to see his popularity surge in the short run. His colleagues will be busy taking notes on how blood sacrifices can make a person popular. The Opposition are going to have hard time countering if they continusly serve up CEOs and even senior civil servants as blood sacrifices to appease angry Singaporeans for policy failures.

The opposition may question why the MRT was not designed to have provisions for increased load with the currrent limitations on signalling.

ask KFC lor. He does not want it build it at all, must have made it cheap, so no provision for expansion. with his foresight, he must be a great president.

Not to have an MRT is a very "backward" statement. Tell me which developed country does not have an MRT system? If they had abide to what TT wanted, there will be so much road congestion and wasted productivity today that the whole economy will suffer and never prosper.

See, it's not the butch's fault after all. Sinkies should be thankful that she got things moving and no one die, despite all the limitations in her sphere of operation.

Propose to retain talent and recruit her in CapitalLand.
