My steak dinner

 on the brandy and vodka. although sometimes I take my vodka with hot water!!

smoking really drives me nuts. Everytime someone gives me a smoked something or another, I always find I prefer some other method of preservation. Smoke scallops? nope. fresh or dried. Smoked meat? nope. cured or salted. The list is endless. About the only thing I like smoked is oysters...
Vodka with hot water? That's new to me. Perhaps then you can simply inhale the fumes and still be equally jolly:biggrin: OK, you're not a smoked anything person, except oysters. I like mine shaven, just so you know.:laugh:

when i was in sg 10 years ago my weight was 57kg and after i migrated to Australia my weight now is 83kg lol
I love Melbourne. Lived at Carlton for a while. Lygon st, Cardigan st. Had plenty of authentic italian food those days. Also had plenty of Fosters, although their lager is not really nice, but at $1-$1.50 a can, why not. I think that was what the price was then. I still have two good friends living in melbourne. One ex-sinkie, one ex-mudlander.

best place for italian food outside italy is melbourne. Heck, even the salumeria and some of the preserved foods are better in melb than italy.

I know how you feel. You have a good wife. Must be you a good man!! Congrats on living there bro!!

Check out Perth in October-November. Simply the best time to be there and be alive. Go and picnic in King's park or next to swan river. Hell, just jump in the river!! It's amazing!! Maybe you won't even go back to Melbourne!!
