the usual early bird discount. the very 1st batch who booked at Amara Hotel managed to secure 8xx psf. All these overwritten and revised to 1000psf above when they officiailly launched this project

how much is the early bird discount?

Looks likely at TP station. Other stations internal lines alignment possibly. If the cost is 50-50, why would one side pays more for the other side to have more stations? This is my logic so don't take it that it is an expert opinion.

I think for high end condos in Iskandar, may be a problem when selling in the future as these are really catered for foreigners. As for landed between $500K and $1m, it is not really a problem for Malaysian to purchase in term of affordability.

Why need to contact them urgently? care to share with us if there is any matters related to the purchase of Matex? Alternatively you may try to located him during one of their seminar. :-)

the lawyers in JB are crap. most of the work are done by the para legals. the lawyers don't even bother to sit down and explain to you the agreements you are made to sign. very diff from sg.

I, too, haven't received my SC even though I paid last Nov. Emailed the law firm and they gave me a broken English reply. so bad that I could not understand. when I requested for them to explain the email in simple and short sentences, they went silent.

I think the only entity you can direct your question to is God.

Btw..there is legal fee subsidy for my purchase ...but not on disbursement which buyer has to pay.
Is it the same for the rest of the buyer.?
I receive a bill from lawyer on th disbursement ..which comes to rm1500..is this reasonable.?

I saw the latest sales status for Suasana Iskandar Matex last week.

They only sell/opened up to 26 Storey.

For 26 Storey, it is about RM1,200 psf already.

From 21 to 26 storey, few are sold.
 
So, 'few are sold' means there are still many units available for 21-26 floor? I thot this would be a hot project to have sold out fast.
Many Units. Even floor 9 to 20 floor, there is units avaliable. Not hot anymore as high price and no foreign buyers now due to Iskandar cooling measures. Banks in Johor had stopped offering loans for property below RM$1 mil. This is a foreign buyers targeted projects.
 
So does that means the project will not take off as there are not many takers?
