Many Units. Even floor 9 to 20 floor, there is units avaliable. Not hot anymore as high price and no foreign buyers now due to Iskandar cooling measures. Banks in Johor had stopped offering loans for property below RM$1 mil. This is a foreign buyers targeted projects.

Why blur? As long you have money ,can buy anything. Bumi lots only for Muslim Malaysian, if non Malaysian you can buy any property above rm1million.

The RTS station at Bukit Chagar is just right in front of Komtar JBCC which is to be linked to Suasana.

If a formal announcement is given by Johor side making Bukit Chagar the rts terminal ,this matex is very attractive. But just wonder will it be very noisy for R&F condo and the surrounding houses if the rts is not build underground ?

Though RTS terminal is reported to be located at Bukit Chagar site which is diagonally opposite to the Komtar JBCC, but it's still not sure will there be any future direct link btw RTS terminal at Bukit Chagar to Komtar JBCC.
If not Susasana residence might have to depend on current link from Bukit Chagar-JB Sentral-City Square-Komtar JBCC-Suasana which is still consider good as most walking pathway are under sheltered but might be slightly long in term of walking distance.
Wait to see the official announcement from both countries regarding the confirm location of RTS terminal at JB side and the linkage option to be chosen and the development blueprint for this RTS, a big thumb up :) !!
 
I saw the built up recently when i was at City Sq shopping. It's about 5-7 floor high now? When is their projected completion date? Not talking about legal completion date. And here's some news on Sg Segget Rejuvenation Plan

If everything progress well(RTS/Jalan Wong Ah Fong Beautification/the rest of development around it Vantage Medical Centre, Suasana will flourish.

From SG MRT experience, I think it will be v noisy, and judging from some of the alignment options, the line is unlikely to be built underground. Noise deflectors (like those seen in EDL) can help a lot. Maybe Malaysia will put up the noise deflectors near the residential condos where the line cuts through.

The good thing is Suasana is still a distance(500m) away from RTS Bukit Chagar but still connected by current bridges.
 
Has anyone gotten their state consent document and stamped loan documents already?NSGlobal suppose to refund half of the booking fee. Did anyone got the refund already?
