Welcome to Malaysia!!!!!Many Units. Even floor 9 to 20 floor, there is units avaliable. Not hot anymore as high price and no foreign buyers now due to Iskandar cooling measures. Banks in Johor had stopped offering loans for property below RM$1 mil. This is a foreign buyers targeted projects.
That is why some of my Malaysian friend did not convert to Singapore citizenship. Once they sold all their Malaysia properties, they convert to Spore citizen from PR.Welcome to Malaysia!!!!!

If everything progress well(RTS/Jalan Wong Ah Fong Beautification/the rest of development around it Vantage Medical Centre, Suasana will flourish.I saw the built up recently when i was at City Sq shopping. If a formal announcement is given by Johor side making Bukit Chagar the rts terminal ,this matex is very attractive. But just wonder will it be very noisy for R&F condo and the surrounding houses if the rts is not build underground ?
The good thing is Suasana is still a distance(500m) away from RTS Bukit Chagar but still connected by current bridges.From SG MRT experience, I think it will be v noisy, and judging from some of the alignment options, the line is unlikely to be built underground. Noise deflectors (like those seen in EDL) can help a lot. Maybe Malaysia will put up the noise deflectors near the residential condos where the line cuts through.
