PRC police even worse than Malaysia. Beating up people in the streets and fixing up charges are not uncommon.

Tracy aka Sumiko???

Her threads always runs into pages without fail.

hmmm, sometimes, I enjoy sharing and chatting when I am free and have the time...

There is no one better at baiting than her. Must be running out of material for her Sunday pages
baiting? this is a free and easy forum lah..no need to bait...just chat and others will respond

You seems to know Sumiko. Why you have to answer to brothers calling you Sumiko.

that sounds bad...if it's a fact, i dont wish to go to China

Witnessed with my own eyes a few times. A guy already squatted down and surrendered with hands behind his head. The policeman continued to baton him in the middle of a busy street. I wasn't sure what that guy had done and just moved on, feeling stay faraway from police would be safer. Another incident, in front of a shopping centre, apparently two aunties were quarrelling and shouting at each other. The policeman warned them to stop but they continued. Then, slap! The policeman slapped one auntie so hard that she stumbled back a few paces before falling onto the ground. The other auntie quickly apologised but too late, the policeman grabbed her, cuffed the two aunties together and radioed for police car.

Police brutality against criminals?

But they didnt show that they fix or frame visitors, so still not as bad as MY Police

I don't think quarrelling is criminal.

Anyway, I had a friend who was PRC military police lieutenant. I asked casually from the point of view of an ex-police myself. He said it's common. I asked how to justisfy slapping (assaulting) and handcuffing people just for quarrelling? He said it's simple. Go back to station cook up whatever story you want in the report.

Fair observation that quarrelling is not criminal...

but quarrelling is disturbing the peace.and the Police had already told them to quit quarrelling. so i wld say Police used heavy hand to deal with the situation.

But still it's unlike what the MY Police tried to do tome...luckily i got away unscratched

PRC is another third world country, 3rd rate Police Force indeed.

I guess PRC PF is still not as blatant as MY police but sound equally bad from your account
