i dun like to be landlord leh , anyway my house is almost fully furnished and with garden , 2.4k not worth to rent out .....

24 hours (KWAY CHAP/KWAY TIAO KIA) place at Eurorich hotel (besides Platinum Bistro). They also seem to have a "lok lok" truck outside most times.
Food quite ok (i know mileage differs)
This place is beside the 24 hours prata place (shifted from the corner)
