I have to agree with GD here. As you rise thru the ranks in any organisation the temptation can be immense and the opportunities are plenty. In some cases where the power to promote, award bonus exist , those keen to rise the ladder of success will throw themselves at you. When lower ranks can resist temptation, Palmer has no excuse. He seemed to have got off scot free. Sadly he did not feel it right to write to the Editor to plead the case for Laura Ong. With all the loads of love that he claimed, this shows the lack of character.
