Less than 10 times for salaries. My cousin, who has a second upper from NUS, started work in 1975 as a civil servant, earning $700 per month. Today, starting pay for the same job with the same qualification will only be $3000+. That's only a five-fold increase.

Some jobs didn't even go up by 5 times. Admin jobs was $600 in 1980. In 2000 it was $1,000. Today you still see admin jobs paying $1,400.
