My partner who lives in Chaeng Wattana behing Big C had evacuated to Hua Hin his home town.

Told me that Soi's water had risen quite a bit but still not into house yet but decided to evacuate because news for next few days not very optimistic.

The Bank of Thailand governor Prasarn Trairatvorakul has warned that growth this year could be more than one percentage point less than the 4.1% forecast.
