SG laws and fairness can only be argued, noticed and be effective given 3 scenarios only.
1. If our oppies press and enquire in parliament and continue to make known through social media, distribute flyers etc, simply put make it known to more people. Lots of spin are through crassroots, people hear only one side of the stories like our FW Dorms being fine 300k but did they state in comparisons how so many of the operators make tens of millions in one year and who are these operators also crassroots leaders and or their connection ?! How can MPs and crassroots leaders be companies directors and businesses bosses no conflicts of interest ? Information itself is time, is money it's not like insider trading ? Is the system itself not flawed ?
2. Get International laws and human rights bodies involved, everyone has that right but we don't have a voice our oppies have failed us badly we have 158th, disgraceful but it does it's jobs many unkers still base on it for the only news spun. If not please understanding what is ownself check ownself.
3. Majority of the people stand up for it like Egypt not one bullet was fired the entire regime was ousted. But then later UN put US reps there for them to vote out the religious leaders and now it's history, back to square one. The authority is corrupted, again.
Cases like theses are common it's very easy to manipulate the masses like in Hong Kong if a masses of people formed peacefully all it needs is one person to throw a stone across from the back line to the front police line and whala the Show is on ! If our properties owners don't act like greedy MNCs and corporations and charges exorbit rentals as well they have a check but we follow and help them raise higher and higher rentals ! You see our local hawkers the moment you make money the rental is raised you see them moving from stall after stalls you know what's happening hence in the end they have to raise the food prices and again the peasant becomes the suckers !
If our people don't go hang-flowers and spent more than they should or could afford there will be lots of empty shops for proper businesses and healthy challenge etc... the greed and lust will not be encouraged and supported, evil deeds and dealings will lessens and the family will benefits more and better children and future better leaders will be possible this is real and the only workable 'Way.' but we're farthest away from it.
We're maybe the only country with 'legal' prostitution and yet death penalty ... Like Tommy said look at how they drive ? Where's there even hope of a gracious society hence look at our young ones ?!
