My FB friend who bought the 46 year old Puer likes extremely Thick and Strong tea.

He commented that even when the Puer was brew to very strong with extremely dark color, it doesn't taste bitter at all! He said it was very soothing (smooth).

I said to him, a fully matured and fermented Puer Tea will be very smooth without that kind of astringent bitter taste. It is just like old age fine wine, the longer it is left to age and ferment, the fragrance will be extremely nice and the liquor will be smooth with sweetness.

After my last Live Video on Cold Brew Tea in which I mentioned about drinking 46 yr old Puer with Aged Orange Peel (陳皮）, my sister Germaine Goh blessed me with her little collection of 40 yr old Dried Orange Peels! The only condition, she wants to drink my 46 yr old Puer with her 40 yr old Orange Peel!

Can you smell the wonderful aroma of this dried Orange Peel?

I will brew the Best 陳皮普洱 in my next Good Tea Alliance Video!
