Our country is in a bad shape, income-gap is at historical high. Think about your soaring property prices and inflation while 1.5million citizens falls into that category. If you are not there, you will never be there.

For example, I know at least three successful SME towkays like @JohnTan who rent out their own property and rent a landed property/condo for their own family to stay. They declare the rented property for employee, or Home-Office and fully tax-deductible.

IRAS said it was not allowed if the beneficiary is shareholder and director. So they just put make their wives or children as employee to be entitled to the staff-benefit. The annual savings are substantial. Salaried men like byebye penis cannot do that. Now many people like property agents also open a company to do that.
