Anyway teachers so busy, can't coach properly as our class-size are large (then still import foreign students for fuck???).

Local parents got to send kids for enrichment classes, while foreign scholars even enjoy get free transition programs to up their language proficiency.

International Students who choose to take up Tuition Grant, are required to sign a Tuition Grant Agreement by which the students will be contractually obliged to work in a Singapore entity for a minimum period of 3 years upon graduation.

Can MOE share how many did not stay to work in Singapore after completion of Diploma?
If that's the case, I rather be a foreigner and get the Tution grant, work in Singapore 3-years after grad, than to serve NS + Reservist.
