You clearly have no idea about libel law or even the law in general. It is up to the Plaintiff to elect who to sue. In this case it is obvious that LKY is out to teach Hugo and FEER a lesson. He has already expended enough unnecessary time on Dr Chee giving Dr Chee unnecessary free publicity.

Face facts, Dr Chee just does not hold traction with the majority of Singaporeans thus far unlike Anwar who appears to hold traction with a considerable number of Malaysians.
