[h=1]09.08.2013 WPYW Annual National Day Outreach[/h]In the morning of 9th August 2013, members and volunteers from the Workers' Party greeted Singaporeans from all walks of life with their smiles, wishing them Happy Birthday Singapore and giving out Singapore flags.
Two teams were deployed in the Northern and Eastern part of Singapore. The North team started from Yishun and moved to Toa Payoh; while the East team started from Bedok and moved to Tampines. Both teams eventually met at Serangoon MRT where they head out to Kovan MRT for their last stop. Although the weather was hot,the members and volunteers gave their biggest smile.The day ended after about 10,000 flags were given out.
