Adrian's 1st goal error was horrible. he did that before. his passing is not as good as he thought. it's a strange match. many Aston Villa diagonal long balls easily breached the Liverpool defence. future opponents likely to copy Aston Villa gameplan. Liverpool dangerously high defending line is not working good this season. maybe Klopp needs to rethink it and make some adjustments.

You watch the Arsenal game again. Becker was there to clear. Out of his lines quickly. Assured passing. Closing down space. Lacazette has 2 chances to score Alisson Becker closed him down.

Adrian does not have that play in him.

When Alisson is out they need to be more conservative. May not score as many but keep it tight at the back.

Yes, there were 3 deflection goals.
Watkins and Grealish heavy deflection
Barkley slight deflection but it looped over the GK. All goals credited to AV players.

Raul Jiminez fractured skull!

From this photo you can see David Luiz heading into Raul's Temporal bone of his skull.

That is the weakest part of the skull. This is why Luiz is ok after the hit but not Raul.

Also it is likely he has an injury to the Middle Meningeal Artery and had extradural hemorrhage which required the surgery for drainage.
