And Man city can't score at half-time.
Why don't he play the regular players,
score some goals and replace them at half time
Man U no choice, regular players all injured
including Rooney.

Non English managers tend to believe more in rotation, oldschool British managers expect their players to dig deep and play 2 games in 3 days.
Man Utd finally scored, even though they are not playing well. City still trying, just brought on Negredo.
Man City 0 Palace 0 after 1 hour is the most surprising scoreline so far, the odds for AOS was 4.5 last I saw...................:biggrin:

Unbelievable fightback by Sunderland. Levelled in injury time! 2-2 draw.
The look on Vincent Tan's face was priceless!
He was jumping for joy when Sunderland shot wide deep in injury time,
but next min @94min+ Sunderland equalise, he must be cursing the
referee for playing more than 5 mins of injury time.

Unfortunately free scoring City don't belong to the 1-0 club. Instead they were defeated 0-1 by Wigan in the 2012 FA cup.

'It is important to know how to win 1-0' - Pellegrini proud of Manchester City after narrow victory
The Chilean underlined the importance of winning at all costs after Tony Pulis' Crystal Palace frustrated the hosts at the Etihad with a disciplined and defensive performance

Whole bunch of interesting BPL games tonite:

Everton vs Southampton - both play good football, should be a good game.

Newcastle vs Arsenal - history of exciting games between these 2 teams, also play good football.

Spurs vs Stoke - Spurs are the favourites but they play quite open football under Tim Sherwood, should be interesting too.

Chelsea vs Liverpool - the game of the weekend between 2 title contenders.

No struggling teams involved tonite. All 8 teams battling for top half positions or better.

A real test for the Gunners. Hope it's a cracker like last year where Arsenal won 7 -3.

Spurs vs Stoke - Spurs are the favourites but they play quite open football under Tim Sherwood, should be interesting too.
Given my thoughts on the Stoke manager, no disagreements here but let's see if the transformation in Adebayor is because of Tim Sherwood. Personally, I still think he's too lazy and selfish on the ball.

Chelsea vs Liverpool - the game of the weekend between 2 title contenders.
I hope Liverpool stuff Chelsea and shut Mourinho up. His arrogant interviewing style is beginning to irritate me. Back in 2004, he was refreshing change to the EPL, now he just annoys me.
Prediction: Suárez to score a brace (but let's hope he keeps his muzzle on and refrains from anymore biting!)

Adebayor will lose interest after a while and be back to his old ways. He is only currently motivated because he felt slighted.

Mourinho is beginning to irritate me too, and his team isn't even playing that well. But I'm not a fan of Brandan "Kenny" Rogers either. So indifferent to the result.

Hopefully, all the teams will go all out, since there is no BPL this weekend, but only FA Cup matches.

Some relegation battles too:
Fulham vs West Ham
Palace vs Norwich
Sunderland vs Villa

Sometimes these matches can be more exciting than usual because the teams are desperate to win and they really believe they can win, like West Ham vs West Brom last weekend.
