jin tulan sia, chelsea+leverkusen+Zenit, nearly jackpot, knn Leverkusen buay kan lah.

Another thing i want to highlight is odds at sgpools for Dortmund were low and favorites to win but the Herds don't realize that Dortmund is a young team and experience in European competition is a pale comparison with Olympique Marseille. Olympique Marseille came from two goals down to beat Dortmund 2-3. Anyway OM's star striker Ayew is most likely to join Bayern Munich after the new year.

Don't expect clubs that already qualified to win their games with key players rested. Another factor is they are playing away and the home teams has extra testosterone and fans support.
will this apply on the match of your signature?

since Bayer already qualified, does they treat Stuttgart as their league tough opponent and rest key players today?

altho Manchester City next match vs Chelsea, i dont think they care. their priority is CL.

also another pretender Inter, will they lose to CSKA?

Stuttgart? Leverkusen next game is away to Hannover 96. Just win and don't play handicap because their performance can be disappointing at times.

Owner Mansoor has said that their priority is the BPL trophy.

Asking me who always look for opportunity to back Inter to lose? I will surely support CSKA because star striker Doumbia is back from suspension and Inter already qualified. Honda is injured but is not in CSKA UCL squad.

So as long playmaker Sneijder, Maicon and Forlan remains injured, i will bet against them when opportunities arises. Their erratic form doesn't give confidence to their backers and don't show signs of recovery yet. Don't be surprised if they are playing for a draw because Inter have lost many games at home in front of their fans.

Lack of experience hurts Gunners
7 December 2011

12427300210.jpg

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger bemoaned his side's lack of experience at the back after their 3-1 loss to Olympiakos on Tuesday.Wenger's men had already qualified on top of Group F ahead of their trip to Piraeus and the French manager took the opportunity to try several of his second-string players in Greece.

But the experiment backfired as Olympiakos capitalised on some, at times, calamitous defending from the Gunners to win 3-1 in a performance that disappointed Wenger."Those players haven't played a lot together," Wenger told Sky Sports. "(There was a lack of communication)...particularly in the defence many times, they looked at each other.""Many of them have no experience in the Champions League as well so (they were) a bit surprised by the pace of the game."

The Arsenal boss felt his side made a poor start to the match, insisting their tactical approach in the first half was wrong."In the first half it was very difficult for us and I don’t think we had the right tactical approach, we played too many short balls," Wenger said."Unfortunately in Europe if you are not at 100 percent at the start of the game it is very difficult to win and tonight Olympiakos had a good chance to qualify and were 100 percent up for it.""We had the early chances in the game and we didn't score. Physically I think they gave absolutely everything."

Wenger admitted that left-back Andre Santos had suffered a serious ankle injury and that he would be sidelined for some time, which will test the depth in Arsenal's squad."Santos suffered a bad ankle injury," he said. "It looks like he will be out for a while. We have (Kieran) Gibbs coming back in two to three weeks.""Hopefully Santos will not be too long but, for Saturday against Everton, he looks to be struggling."

Bayern without Schweiny looked at times vulnerable to concede second goals. Can't rule out the possibility that there won't be draws, upsets when Bayern is playing away which favors me. Stuttgart's Labbadia is better coach now than the former.

Villarreal might spring a surprise tonight. Watch this space

Don't worry i will be around help you bump your post after the final whistle.... if you think that at this stage of the competition Napoli will even settle for a draw and Villarreal slumping at 15 of their league table has nothing to play for except pride.

UCL D-day for Manchester duo

Both Manchester United and Manchester City face the unthinkable prospect on an early exit in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.

United are currently second in Group C, level on points with table-topping Benfica but behind in the standings due to an inferior head-to-head record, and they take on Basel at St-Jakob Park on Wednesday knowing they will progress to the knockout round if they avoid defeat.

Benfica will definitely top the group if they beat Otelul Galati in Group C's other match. United's arch-rivals City are also starring down the barrel in Group A, where they need to beat Bayern Munich and hope Napoli fail to win against Villarreal.
However, due to their head-to-head record, Napoli will go through regardless of their result against Villarreal should City fail to beat Bayern.

In Group B, Inter Milan have already sewn up top spot, but there's plenty still to play for with just one point separating the other three teams. Trabzonspor are currently second on six points and play third-place Lille on Wednesday knowing victory will seal their progress to the next round.

CSKA, who face a tough trip to Inter, must beat the Nerazzurri and hope Lille and Trabzonspor draw for them to make the last 16.

Finally in Group D, group winners Real Madrid will be looking to make it six wins from six in their game against Ajax, who will qualify for the next round if they beat Los Blancos, or if Lyon fail to defeat Dinamo Zagreb in the other match.

Odds rising for Napoli. Why are the "herds" so dumb?

Odds do not determine the outcome results of a game. Herds who backed Dortmund were in for a shock. And to Jar Rastahfar, Olympique Marseille is some unknown club.

Champions League Group F wrap: Late heroics save Marseille

7 December 2011

12427300150.jpg

Marseille staged a miraculous comeback to come from two goals to win in Dortmund and qualify for the last 16 of the Champions League. That was despite Olympiakos' 3-1 win over Arsenal, which the Greeks thought had sent them through from Group F. On a dramatic night, Marseille started on seven points, one ahead of Olympiakos, while Dortmund propped up the group with four.

A win for the Ligue 1 side would have been enough to send them through, but they made a poor start in Germany with Polish captain Jakub Blaszczykowski giving Dortmund a 20th-minute lead.
That advantage was doubled just 12 minutes later when Mats Hummels scored from the penalty spot, although Marseille pulled a goal back in first-half stoppage time when Loic Remy converted Morgan Amalfitano's assist.

But as the second half went on, the French side seemed less likely to earn the win they needed for progression.
That was until the 85th minute, when Andre Ayew headed in the equaliser from a corner and just two minutes later, Mathieu Valbuena scored a goal fit to win any game.

The midfielder gathered the ball outside the box before he bent a superb effort into the back of the net, sparking wild celebrations among the players and manager Didier Deschamps on the touchline.
They held on for all three points as Dortmund finished last in Group F with just four points, while Marseille snuck into the last 16.

The French side's victory was heartbreaking for Olympiakos, who thought they were through after beating Arsenal 3-1 in Piraeus.Rafik Djebbour handed the Greeks a 16th minute lead before a calamitous error from Arsenal goalkeeper Vito Mannone - who was subbed on after 25 minutes - led to their second.Mannone rushed out of his box to head a loose ball, but only found David Fuster with his effort, who lifted the ball back towards goal.

The Italian goalkeeper's effort to clear the ball can only be described as horrendous as he tried to kick instead of catching, only to miss the ball and get thin air as Fuster's shot bounced in.
Yossi Benayoun pulled one back with a well-taken volley on 57 minutes, but Olympiakos sealed their win with Francois Modesto's tap-in after Olof Mellberg's header crashed into the woodwork late on.

Modesto's goal came just a minute from time and kick-started celebrations, with the players and fans thinking they had qualified. But the news from Dortmund soon filtered through and celebration turned into commiseration as a group of stunned players stared at the big screen in disbelief.
