If France lose by 1 goal they are still plus 1 goal.

head to head is even i.e. 1-1, wherereas Rus and Gre, head to head
Gre beat Rus, Gre progress even though Rus have better goals average.
In a nutshell, if both England and France lose their respective matches, the team which has the superior goal difference between the pair will qualify.
England is also out if France win against Sweden.
Any other result (draw or win) will mean both teams will qualify.

Emgland will only be out if they lose against Ukraine and France lose to Sweden by a smaller margin.
Russia are out because they played poorly and Poland are out because they missed a host of chances in the first half.
Neither Greece nor Czech Republic really parked the bus, both teams only showed chaokuan in the last few minutes of their games.
Russia, Ireland and Sweden can watch the Euro at home.
Next could be Netherlands and Italy.
