Regardless of race or ethnic group, in my opinion, an individual with an almond shape face, BIG eyes with double eyelids, smaller pointy nose, not too prominent cheekbones, thick hair on the head, not too big ears, dimples on the cheeks, smooth face (without pimples and acne, in cool temperate weather).
In addition, speak with a more neutral, "not so hard or harsh" accent (do not pronounce three as "tree", and clearly, the words like BED, HEAD, etc.)
