Tesla is the worst performing stock in the S&P 500. Analysts say it has further to fall

Does it make you feel somehow superior when you pour scorn at the efforts of the world's foremost innovator from your keyboard because things have not gone his way all the time?
I don't feel superior, but I despise such people who takes your money and gives you shitty and dangerous products. And presently, more and more Starlink satellites are beginning to fall off the sky. It'll create more debris in outer space and make it more dangerous. Is Elon concern about this? NO.... All he wants is just to make fast bucks.

When I saw "BBC" in the link I knew what was coming.

The article follows the standard playbook of labeling any party that promotes national pride as "far right".

Using this definition everyone who criticises the flood of CECAs and Tiongs into Singapore and tries to defend the Singapore way of life would fall under the same category.

And Musk is also dead right about Starmer. The guy is a disgusting lowlife. I leave it to you to do the research but he has literally sold his country to devil. I have first hand knowledge when it comes to the UK. Whole towns have been taken over and you'd think your in Pakistan. They then take over the council, the schools and try to impose their laws and customs. How would you like that happening where you live?

There is nothing wrong with wanting to retain your language, your culture and your way of life. World wars were fought for this very reason.
Stop for moment, ignore the news source, understand that people are fed up with his antics.

I suppose you are holding on to TESLA shares as well, no?
Well, I was a supporter. Of tesla stock not their cars. I will hold on, and ride this out. And I tell everyone to avoid anything to do with this guy. The tesla brand will only bounce back after he is not CEO.

Starmer had only become UK's PM for a few months and even if he was the leader of the Labor Party since 2020, how is he to be responsible for the past deeds that happened in the UK? @Leongsam is totally ridiculous on this assessment. He's only good at criticizing those news medias that are against his 2 favorite idols. Really cannot tahan his very bias views.

That fucker Musk needlessly created huge concerns when he wrote this on x.com

my Starlink system is the backbone of the Ukrainian army. Their entire front line would collapse if I turned it off.

And when a Polish minister wrote that they are paying $50m a year, Musk wrote back, Be quiet little man. Very rude and arrogant. Cannot tahan this fucker.

When you say "people are fed up" you're implying that EVERYONE is fed up. in truth the majority love what he is doing despite his quirks. He has his beliefs and he backs them with words and actions which of course makes him a big target for those who will be adversely affected by his actions.

In the meantime other billionaires do what they do best which is to lay low and make as much money as possible. You don't see Zuck, Bezos, Elison saying much. They stay behind the scenes, read the room and try to maximise their profits regardless of who is in power. It's a lot easier to live your life that way. It's what I would do which is why I respect Musk so much for having far more principles than I will ever have.

I made my money from selling whore adverts.... absolutely nothing to be proud of whatsoever. I wish I could do what Musk does. It would clear my conscience before I kick the bucket. :D

Soon, this will also be happening to America, especially under Trump and Elon.

It was actually Biden and the Dems that opened the floodgates the way Europe has done and eliminating meritocracy along the way. Trump and Elon will fix America by resurrecting the principles that made America great in the first place.

Those two used to be my idols too. Until I cannot tahan their arrogance and bullying. In this world, any media is usually deemed as propaganda/rubbish by the opposing team. With the exception of shit coming out of SPH, that one is confirmed propaganda/rubbish!

Ya sure, by creating feuds with all your long term allies and go in cahoot with your adversaries. Is this even worthwhile to be respected as the President of America? The allies are not stupid as now they (China and Canada, etc) are targeting painful tariffs on the red states, especially those farmers.

Yes, he's allowed himself to be a lightning rod when he took up "public office" and started shooting off his mouth and poking his nose into things that are not of his concern regarding overseas politics and policies. The majority are fed up with this, hence the drop in tesla stock price and car sales. It is the majority because we are seeing the effects. If it were only a minority, we wouldn't see such an impact.

Don't forget that moron Vance too.

They can make America great again, but not by pissing over everyone else. How to be great when others are avoiding you, fed up with you, feel betrayed by you. One does not bestow greatness upon oneself, it's accorded by others.

Totally agree. Respects are to be earned, not to be given by others.

By allies you mean the recipients of the US gravy train. I agree with Trump in that the rest of the world has taken advantage of America for far too long.

It's a small minority that have been given disproportionate publicity by a media machine funded by the opposition. Let's take a look at the Tesla vehicle sales figures at the end of the year. This post bookmarked for future reference. :)

Come on, it takes 2 hands to clap. You still believe that America can become a world manufacturing hub? Dream on. With high labor costs, high import duties (for raw materials) and strong unions, only a moron like you will still think likewise.

After a country has graduated from being a 3rd world, there's no turning back anymore. Even China today is beginning to face high labor costs.

I agree that the US has been taken advantage of by the world. I was watching this interview, and this guy said something to the effect of : after ww2, the US felt it had the responsibility to help nurture the world back to peace and democracy. To help shape the world into a peaceful one, and to avoid authoritarianism. Hence, it's foreign policy was geared to support this. Support with money, tech transfer, human capital/knowledge.

Trump is right to want to rein this in, it has cost the US too much. But he could've chosen more diplomatic ways to do this. I am sure foreign leaders would be more receptive to such an approach.

Starmer was the chief prosecutor from 2008 to 2013. I leave it to you to draw your own conclusions all the info is publicly available.

Fully agree that Trump is a very poor Diplomat. I wish he was more like Regan who insulted people with finesse and humor. However we have to accept him for what he is a brash New York businessman with his own style that has won him the presidency twice. Not many people have succeeded in becoming President of the USA twice over. He must be doing something right.

Also remember that the US is 36 TRILLION in debt with China holding many cards. Something needs to be done it cannot be business as usual. A major overhaul is needed and it is now taking place. History will judge whether the right people did the right sort of job.

He's not the only one drafting foreign policies and making the decisions. What about Gordon Brown at that time? Yet, just because he's the PM now, you'll point all your fingers directly at him.

The conservatives were no better. In fact in many areas they fucked things up despite having the mandate to change things. The UK has been one disaster after another. The last competent PM was Thatcher but she was too much like LKY to last the distance. She had the vision but not the broad control of party, public service and judiciary that LKY was famous for.
