Strange PAP Minister K Shanmugam Bio

Why not just ignore those lawyers' letters? Too difficult for you?

I do ignore the lawyers letters. What I am saying is that with sufficient resources, information can be obtained without needing any cooperation from me whatsoever. It all depends upon who you are up against.

If you slander a fellow peasant, chances of him tracking you down is very slim.

However, if you want to take on Singapore's Minister of Foreign Affairs who has the entire state machinery at his disposal plus numerous overseas connections, you're playing with fire so be prepared to be burnt if you're not careful.

Sam thinks that the NSA will accomodate the request of one insignificant law minister in red dot Singapore to go and track down all the IP address of people who criticize him online. LOL. NSA chiak boa bor min kia chor? So many fucking terrorists, rogue states, drug dealers, etc. out there in the world, and just for Shamu, they will look for people who criticize his marital life. U know, that kind ofinfo will eventually get out, and the next Snowden will publish it to the world, and shamu will look like the petty idiot he is.

The NSA doesn't have to do any work. All it needs to do is to provide the metadata gathered over a short time period. Singapore authorities can then siphon out the necessary info.

With the government owning all the ISPs, they probably don't even need the NSA if an unencrypted offending message was sent through Singapore's giant proxy. The logs are all there.

So free to surf SBF ah? :kma:

Settle the latest issue with Indonesia already?
Any updates on the hit and run Romanian Diplomat?
Took him how long to speak out on Anton fiasco?
Lawyer letter served in lightning speed. Proof to show that these people are more interested in self serving. :oIo:

If this is the case, than kindly remove the comment that all IP addresses are not tracked on this forum, because what you are saying is that they can be tracked. What u are doing is scaremongering here so that forumners will tone down the criticism against your PAP masters. Kindly show me one of those letters that you claim to get from Shamu's lawyers. If criticizing him online is a crime, than you should be getting a flood of letters from kee Chiu's lawyer, from Gay loong's lawyer, from LKY's lawyer, etc. U got those letters or not? I can tell you that the amount of derogatory stuff said about those other politicians far exceeds that said about Sham. I am sure the taxpayers of singapore would like to know whether all these lawyers letters are being paid by the taxpayer or by himself. Lets see one of them. Maybe I know the lawyer who send it.

You can criticise the policies of any Minister. You can call them fools and idiots and retards without consequence. These are matters of opinion.

However, if you call someone a philanderer and an adulterer, you'd better be prepared to back up your claims.

As for the IP address notice, what I am saying if perfectly clear. I am telling whoever wants the info that I don't log the stuff so don't bother asking.

However, that doesn't prevent anyone who is persistent from getting the info from other sources if they want it badly enough.

Try posting some kiddie porn on the net and see how long you last. At the end of the day, anyone can be tracked down.

I have no comments on his personal life which is none of my business anyway.

However, what I do want to know is when is the new bill on Contempt of Court going to be tabled. That is squarely within the scope of his job as Minister of Law and being late with these things is not going to impress anyone, to put it mildly.

Not consulting the Law Society on a matter so close to the administration of justice in Singapore would be plainly irresponsible, to put it diplomatically. Lunatic would be a better word.

Fair comment and a perfectly valid question. Ask away.

Yes, you are right. Of course the NSA will send over all the metadate gathered, data which will also invariably include information of its own citizens to the singapore ISD. Yup, right.

See, there you go. Now Sam will get a letter from Shamu's lawyer wanting to know your IP address because u slandered him by calling him a Lunatic.

Disclaimer: Video is only posted because the words of post # 28 are so similar to the lyrics of this song. No other meanings or innuendoes are intended and should not and must not be taken as referring to anyone's personal life. My only comment on the Law Minister in Sammyboy today is that he is LATE with the Contempt of Court bill ... ... ... very late.

You are too naive for your own good. The statements on the issue of the NSA are full of doublespeak. Sending raw data does not equate to "spying on its own citizens".

bollocks...what respect are you talking about?
you are full of drivel and had to withdraw that statement because you couldnt substantiate it

come back with a new nick..

http://www.mfa.gov.sg/content/mfa/aboutmfa/organisation.html

WHY no bio on Marital Status and children?
I am asking question with question mark.
i never make any statement.

am I allowed to ask question?
wongmengmeng please let me know if asking question is illegal in Singapore?

When you ask a leading question knowing full well what the answer will be in this forum, there is definitely a case to answer.

Whether you're found guilty all depends upon how well the prosecution presents its case and what the judge thinks you deserve.
