even if basic rules dun differ......things like extra decks in the card shoes will increase the house advantage.....other subrules like splitting aces, double down etc will affect the odds against the players....back then the batam casinos even got the surrender rule.you mean RWS blackjack rules differ from MBS'?
house advantage is slightly over one percent only for most games........that 1% is very important liao.......asian casinos are more smelly adding in things to increase their odds.almost even odds is very good.
what's the difference between RWS and MBS' blakjacks that make RWS more advantageous?

At least 6 decks with auto shuffler, so forget about card counting. What you see in the movie "21" won't work.
Rules that they include to increase their advantage include "insurance" and "even money" when player gets a blackjack.

horse can be good.
owner can be sincere with his tips
but jockey can pull back the horse's reins!
The game rules are published on the CRA website.
http://app.cra.gov.sg/public/www/content.aspx?sid=59
When offering the games, the casinos are not allowed to deviate from these published rules. Non compliance is subject to a fine.
There are minor differences in blackjack rules for RWS/MBS.
For most casual players, there is no difference.
You will only observe a difference in the odds if you are following Blackjack basic strategy strictly, in which case the rules at MBS give marginally better than odds than RWS.
u think so easy can pull back the reins? u think all the stewards and spectators blind? the only confirm way of not winning is to fall from the horse b4 the winning post. Not many jockeys have the balls jump to the ground where there another 6-12 half ton horses can run over him.
u sound so knowledgeable...i thought you are a regular in the casino
good to hear that you dont gamble. I think casino rules have not changed over the years
hehe maybe the govt deemed me too dangerous for the local casinos......
You are so certain? How long have you been gambling?
are "insurance" and "even money" applicable only in asian casinos?
if MBS offers marginally better odds, why do people play blackjack at RWS?
doesnt every little better odd count?
No idea but i imagine it applies everywhere since it increases the house's edge. If you ever go into MBS or RWS, watch how quickly some players sit down at the blackjack table, and quickly lose all their tokens. The ones who can stay at the table for 1-2 hours without changing more money are usually the steadier ones.
