They should be allowed to charge @ open area with dedicated charging point, and should not even be allowed to be brought into an enclosed area like elevator or apartment.

If it comes to a point where the old farts need their PMAs to travel from home to the elevator and to the void deck, then these old farts should just stay at home.

HDB as the paramount lessor should mandate PMA owners to buy compulsory third party insurance, not just for road accidents, but also fire hazards to neighbours and common properties caused by charging of PMA.
