Obviously it's the clients fault for not responding to deliveroo messages and calls plus not giving unit number.

I know of many bags of medications that go uncollected at migrant worker dormitories because the security guards are too lazy to contact the sick workers, but do not allow the couriers to enter the premises to hand deliver the packages obtained through teleconsultations.

If the condo guard allows it, then going forward....its becomes a norm. a precedent.
you deliver food to condo, no recipient, auto taichi to the guard room.
becomes security guard responsibility? wah....extra job to do...got extra pay???

then if you order online like shopee or amazon (non food), deliver to condo, incomplete address, then SOP leave at guardroom?
so condo MCST must create a new Receiving-Holding Bay for unclaimed food or items un-delivered??

then all condos must create a holding bay area and security guards must do extra role become logistics distributor.

someone mention those receptionist at those commercial buildings - shentonway.
you deliver food, incomplete address. just offload to the receiptionist and settle.
don't care which floor or which company .

makes me wonder...any one got deliver grab food to SAF camps? the RPs become logistics storeman cum distributor???

Many people fault.
Pap. Food delivery companies. The tam chia customers and the delivery slaves.
Everyone get a % of the fault.
Security guard not at fault becos think about this, if everyone do the same, their guard house will become a food stall.
