No, Cherry thinks that should be classified as outrage of dignity (re: spat upon as in the video), especially in such an aggravated manner, should be treated like molest case (outrage modesty) cos innocent victims can be equally upset and susceptible to suffer post traumatic stress disorder (but may be hard to get witnesses unless in public place/ have video footage like in current case).NEA can fine him $500 for spitting in public. :p
