You can also try getting buyers and who is willing to pay for more than a $1mil for resale 2-bedrooms condo.

It’s strange why hk can up their rental while Spore rentals remain low when Spore property prices went up so much above a million. It’s a sinkie mindset problem, willing to go for low yield. Unlike hk people that dare to up their rent.
this is because the availability of hdb flats for rental has shot up in the supply side. private condos still asking for $3k to $4k. better locations asking for $5k to $6k. hdb flats asking for $2k to $3k depending on location. hk doesn't have the luxury of a very large number of public housing flats for rental. in sg, hdb changes and affects everything in the property market.

Do I need to explain to all the meaning of the word TRANSACTION? Looks like I need to. Transaction means DONE DEAL, means the real sale and rental that you can believe. Anyway what’s so high about $2800 per month rental for two bedroom selling at $1.2m?

Well I visited my Singaporean friend in Hk last year and their rental went up and that’s why they changed to a lower rental apartment with no swimming pool. And you know how much that so called lower rental is? Go search my post on that. It will shock you.

That’s precisely the point the rental is still the same or even lower when Last time condo price is less than a million but now condo price easily double last time but rental still the same because there are many moron hdb sinkie landlords that are willing to rent out their million dollar condo at cheap price! And why they can afford to do that is because they have windfall from their BTO!
