He is a moron hdb sinkie landlord that underpriced his rental. Moron hdb sinkies like him only know how to undercut others. And that’s why Spore rentals are so low compared to hk.

Now the rental pricing for both HDB apartment and private condominium are really low.

$2,000 a month can rent the whole 3-bedrooms private condominium which a very old apartment at Bukit Batok liao

That’s not true. Resale transactions done of private property - like those at Lake District - two bedroom new condos are worth much above 1 million now.

It’s strange why hk can up their rental while Spore rentals remain low when Spore property prices went up so much above a million. It’s a sinkie mindset problem, willing to go for low yield. Unlike hk people that dare to up their rent.

You can also try getting buyers and who is willing to pay for more than a $1mil for resale 2-bedrooms condo.
