I mean in this type of hot and humid sinkieland climate, 100m walk without underground air-conditioning tunnel is a killer for all these LPPL properties...

I am thinking whether should I go those bank auctions, about $700,000 plus get to buy an old 2-bedrooms apartment.

Riverfront Residences is the LPPL type you mentioned, damn long walk to Hougang MRT.
