hi KittyMeow,
can i check with you the teega office tower still available?
If I am not wrong, there should be other office blocks coming up under the commercial plots behind Encorp n Imperia, according to the drawing board.

Too long an article to post. But a good report on the latest prices in Iskandar and its upcoming developments and implications.
Should be Zone B, Nusajaya since it is linked to UEM. Makes sense since Singapore companies n government are now more vested in Zone B
Straits Times under Singapore Section
"2nd MRT Link to JB? UEM hopes so"
Heard offices are sold

I understand from Sales office that UEM offices will move to the Imperia commercial tower. Any additional space the will lease.
The next launch may be NCSB - UM/UEM (same as Somerset) mixed development at CS3 plot, in between Teega and the Indoor Theme Park.
Wow, this one could be the next price setter. Must watch out.

Is this the right thread to discuss abt 1 medini?
Any comments on this condo other than it being leasehold?
Thinking of getting a small studio unit for investment, renting out and eventually for retirement where I juz a small place to stay in with my wife. (also basically becoz my bullets r very limited Liao, and this development allows me to buy at below 500k)
Any inputs r welcomed!
unlikely, since not many takes public transport via 2nd link. With most using public transport crossing via the Causeway , MRT link via Woodlands seems more sensible in cost/ridership terms.
That said, any link is beneficial to Nusajaya. Singaporeans in the east are unlikely to make a trip to Tuas Link to cross to Malaysia.
