Well the guy don't have a Tamil name - definitely North Indian given the surname and middle name but I suspect looking at the family pix he may not be a CECA but sinkie born. a most likely scenario ...sudden anger spree ,...partly the blame also lies in social medias like this very one where racism is fanned and filtered down to naive folks like those 2 involved ...my guesstimate is some form of racist exchange took place and the 20plus autistic boy responded in the way such people with limited ability does ...but the larger question is why was he allowed to carry a knife if he is has a known autism?

1 . Suspect conflicted with victim then go home take knife to look for victim. Conflict be just before incident or days before incident.
2. Had an argument with mother , mother ask him go work go find money .
Suspect triggered then go takes a knife to vent anger and or to find money (rob). Victim
Stabbed in the back meaning suspect ambushed or during confrontation suspect show knife then victim turn and ran then suspect stabbed.
If suspect really ambush and plan to rob victim jogger meaning IQ and mentally challenged.
If suspect vent anger by stabbing shows emotionally challenged and unable to process anger and frustration.
It the suspect parent's faults.
He deserves the death penalty. But apparently, his mother has already given him a vaccine by claiming that he was suffering from mental illness. Obviously trying to get a lesser sentence.
