do we have a choice? if its a choice of PAP and PAP lookalike, do we have a choice? the choice is clear. PAP lookalike and PAP make no difference. opposition camp should boycott them both.

further more, with more PAP lookalike in the parliament, the PAP could showcase them to the world, hey we have a democracy here. which in truth is a farce. a joke.

by voting for the pap lookalike, u are helping the PAP to showcase to the world. u are helping the PAP. is that smart for the opposition supporter to do that?

How can it be insults when your logic has been comprehensivly demolished. I am sure we all can agree that you will do the following things

1) Not vote for the opposition
2) allow PAP to retain their seats and continue to govern as they like
3) continue to complain about the PAP in this forum
4) continue to complain about opposition in this forum
5) continue to complain about why shops close early, too far etc

You should read widely, ask questions and make your own indepedent assessments. You should realise that the local press will start to withdraw publicity when an opposition member starts making sense.

Low criticised the Job Credit Scheme and now everyone except employers believe that it does not work. The leakage is too much with little effect. The emergence of Phantom singaporeans registered in CPF has emerged as a result. That PAP MP will not have raised that if no opposition was there in the first place.

Can you state instances where opposition MPs supported the PAP, when they should not have.

Initially you avoided citing percentages and even admonished me for doing so when I asked if a passing grade could be 51%. When no one was watching, you slipped in the figure "95%". Did WP ever agree 95% to PAP or say PAP is 95%?

The fact is that you are not honest with yourself and those around you. There are better ways to criticize WP in a way that most people will agree with you. Target their ugly website and that high brow manifesto that nobody reads and you will find more people on your side. After this thread you must have won for WP many votes by showing the world that the only people who disdain it are crackpots.

What happens if I just admire LKY for what was done in the past, disagree with him today and find him irrelevent and feel that he should retire. Agree with the PAP some what but disagree on policy and certain doctrines. ? What does that make me ? and yes I support the opposition in any form

If I asked the same question, I would think he did - even if I don't agree with the answer. But evasive people who mistakes his own evasiveness for cleverness would ask others to answer a question before he does then disregard it so that he will never need to answer in return. That kind of lame tactics is what PAP does best.

There's a difference between not answering a question and not liking an answer.
