How long does it take to get Conditional Sales Agreement endorsed/ executed by developer? Mine has taken 1 month and still no news!
 
I was charged around RM14k for state consent + legal fees...

This is expensive. Anyone managed to bargain it down?
 
Usually can get 35pct to 50pct on the legals fees and its depend on your loan amount....
 
I paid 10.5 to 11K for state consent... Why is there an increase?

i just sign sn p ,13k plus for state consent,
only 10 k for consent but others r plus plus for the lawyers .misc stuffs ,very high i suppose .

Someone told me that after this coming election.. there's a possibility that the gov will increase the state consent to 30k..

Is it true or just a rumour..
