My steak dinner

Where does wagyu sit in then?
above and beyond... They have different grading system and grades for wagyu.

They have two parallel classifications. A# and BMS. BMS is 1-12. And A# is A1 to A6. They work out the same in the end.

Most people have never heard of A6 even in the Jap food industry. But it was offered to me once. Surprisingly at wholesale level, it's not too bad. Retail prices are deadly though. Almost everybody thinks A5 is the best!

USDA and Canada Prime (not AAA!) equates to BMS #5.

Although, there are many arguments that going beyond that is useless as a steak.

edit : better correct myself. Although I said Wagyu is above and beyond, there is lower graded Wagyu that is equivalent to US grades as well. The A5 that is so famous is beyond, but the lower end of A4 is US/Can Prime and A2 and A3 is USDA Choice grade. I neglected to mention it, because I've never seen the lower grades of beef retailed anywhere. They end up in the food processing industry.

I actually think I autistic. I only have a few passions, but I explore them vigorously. Maybe when I fly to see you, you can diagnose me.

eating is 1 big one for me. Anyway, was looking for Jap supplier for fish. Surprisingly, they were pushing beef as well. Then he showed he his stock list. I looked and saw A6 which I had never heard of before. I asked him and he said, that that's not normally available in most cases. even to Japs! Only rarely so. He was quite proud of the fact that he had it...

TBH, marbling score is only part of the story. There are other things which I haven't yet fully understood myself. Anything to do with drinking and eating can ask me!!

bro to me u are the king!!!

You not autistic lah.

Autistic have great problem communicating. You dont.
actually I did when I was younger. I can't talk and do a 2nd task which some people find easy. It's impossible. All my focus is on either talking only or doing something. The moment, I focus on something that's it. Brain can only utter 1 word commands.

I don't know what it is, just that my brain doesn't function normally. forget this forget that, but incredible recall with the dumbest things. ok ok. I really gonna see you for diagnosis.

terima kasih lah bang!

a lot of trial and error on my part. Many years of mistakes and trying again. Anyway hope you can enjoy better eating with my experiences at least worth it for all my trial and error.

I suspect something like that, but I don't know the gamut of issues and what they mean. You expert what... Had great problems with co-ordination too and sensitivity to external stimuli. Even now if music too loud or flashing lights, I have a big problem.

bro my daughter when she was born she always make baby "talk" and once she reach 1 year old she kept quiet all the way and whenever we call her name or talk to her she never look at us or even it is like she cannot hear us and she LOVESSSSS to play with blocks toys and make a wall and she even take all the tissue boxes to make her castle. and the toilet roll also is not spared.

yah.. me something like that. If you call me king, next time your daughter will grow up to be queen!!

it's not normal thinking, as a result I had difficulties in school, but I don't mind whatever it is I have. I will say it was more difficult especially in singapore where everyone expected to be the same. If I was born in Oz, I would've fared better. Wah. That's another good reason for you to be there. Your daughter will get a fair chance even with autism.

I can still remember passages from my PSLE exam now...
