It was about 290 grams, raw, and before I trimmed the fat.
Each steak after that and grilled is about 8 to 9 ounces.
I ate two of the smaller ends, since it came off, after I trimmed the fat.

Seasoned with fresh dill,and no salt steak spice.
Bbq on Napoleob stainless steel natural gas grill.
Served with steamed sweet potato, organic broccoli and cauliflower.

Sunday lunch, I had avocado, cucumber, tomato and red grapefruit salad, and fresh smoked salmon on light rye bread. Cherry pie with coffee.
