Nowadays private condo has not much value in terms of layout, design and locations. Their 1 room condo is shoebox, you might as well get at least a 3 room HDB for the same price.

He has six month allowance period to sell his flat after getting a new one. HDB allows for such delay payment period, Ask your agent or HDB lah. I am just guessing.
