Matex Residence

Hi All, I am new to this forum. I also invested a unit in Matex, however due to the recent increase in psf and decrease in floor area I decided to cancel the booking. After reading through this forum I realise some of you are also the victim of unethical and unprofessional business practice. Do anyone of you cancel the booking with NSG like me and encounter problem to get them to refund you the S$5000 deposit. Looking forward to all your advise.

Hi all, Greeting to you. So far any new update on the Matex project? It seems very quiet nowadays.

Is NSG marketing this project on this straits time today. It is tri-development consisting of hotel, entertainment and serviced apartments called suasana and designed by a japanese. Developer is UMLand.

This condo selling point is that is the mall with transport hub. MRT nowadays plan is questionable since najib says project cancel...... should have buses stopping here. RTS wont stop here, since already confirm in iskandar. Thompson line MRT stop in Tg Puteri
