Massive MRT breakdown but Minister Chee is missing. Many low SES O level and A level students have been severely affected

Cheebye Tat enjoying his Beijing trip now. You sinkies die your own problem.

Buy so many new trains and still don't retire a 35 yo first generation train. Knn. SMRT senior management draw high salaries and sleeping on the job

Why is SMRT so cheap? Those 35-year old trains should have been replaced after 15 years. Our SIA will never use planes older than 15 years. SMRT should learn from SIA.

The Kawasaki Heavy Industries (KHI) train, which has been in service for over 35 years, encountered a fault and emitted smoke, said SMRT in an update at 12.20pm.

Those trains have been refurbished by a Korean company about 10 to 20 years ago. The original batch of MRT trains had the iconic orange, blue and green seats. The refurbished trains have removed a lot of seats so more commuters can stand.

Because the mrt there is underutilized... if stay there n have to take Mrt.. better to commit seppuku... so bloody lao kui

We have the latest MRT trains. None of those antique trains from the 1980s used in the low SES EW line.

The insignificant nobody me would agree with you on that, but it applies to EVERYWHERE in our Singapore Civilization where RESULTS matter, regardless if one is a PM or a toilet cleaner.

NO mortal is perfect, & it often takes mistakes to realize errors, & in order to progress & evolve.... we are only Humans...

Sadly, most employers would NOT give 2nd CHANCES to one to prove themselves, & understood as biz & politics, are NOT charity orgs.....

A wise employer of mine once shared - if one simply let go of a performing employee if he/she commits mere infractions upon employment contract or expectations by clients, & would be a far better employee whom learnt his/her lessons to progress & evolve far better than a new employee, it would be similar to cutting off one's toe, a necessary joint to the body, just to simply PLEASE another...

Jinxed is but only a perception born out of fear & superstitions. It is courage, to do the right thing, WITH support, & one that listens than dictates, that makes one special & trusted...

Got a wise men told me that we don't learn from our own mistakes. We learn from others mistakes.
So he said we should not commit any mistake in our life.
This message should be passed from wise parents to their child.
Is it possible? I think not completely but can minimise it to the min if this is started young.

I haven't committed any mistakes in my life ever since the day I learnt this from him (not too long ago only) and I have seen and learnt many mistakes commited by others and I hope it will be permanent as this concept is still very new to me.

Rail track has been structurally damaged

“Our preliminary assessment is that when the damaged train was being withdrawn, it caused damage to the tracks, including the running rails and the third rail supplying power to the train,” said LTA.
Sounds like a case of sabotage. When that fucking general was ceo, the system broke down frequently as well. Out of the blue, after he left, the trains mysteriously behaved again

At least Transport Minister Lui FuckYou came out to control the long queues….
