Can you believe it she said because it’s stated in the notice of assessment that there is excess amount withheld; when my question was specifically asking whether they managed to contact the msia government office AFTER the notice of assessment and about the arrangement of refund.
I said to the lawyer since her staff cannot contact the tax office for more than two months already, please get her clerk to go to the tax office to check and she said they will send notice but cannot go there because the tax office is in KL.
But I know there is tax office in Setia Tropika. I don’t even know how and what to trust them anymore.

Not too much to ask her staff to make a trip after more than two months right? Afterall I helped her to do the RPGT filing literally by organizing and summarizing all the invoices and created a table with summary by category and labeling all the invoices clearly. Basically they just need to fill in the ckht aka RPGT form and put all the renovation total under one “OTHERS” category.
Other people would have just passed them the thick pile of renovation invoices. Whereas I spent days to sort out and summarize and label the invoices myself.
Oh I did that because when I passed her the thick pile of invoices comprising many separate purchases and contractors work, she scanned through and said this and that all cannot claim - from garden carpet grass purchase and contractor installation costs to even the purchase of house lights and contractor installation costs. So I offered to sort out all the invoices myself and create a summary table with labeling and references to each invoices then she said okay just submit everything.
