Platini and Blatter must damn happy with the outcome of this draw. They want to cut down the english teams in any which way they can. Hope to see 1 all English semi and an alll English final just to spite these 2 continental bastards.
When will this love affair with Chelsea end? The winner of this game I reckon will be one of the finalist. Barca's defence is a joke and teams from spain simply cannot measure up to the brits.

MU lost 0-2 to Fulham.
If we win and we are going to win, then it will be just 1 pt plus their game in-hand.
but now they have Scholes and Rooney suspended for red card in this match plus Vidic,MU is in a mini crisis.

thank you Fulham! I always wanted to say this - Paul Scholes could be the official player instructed by Alex to stop any goal even that will mean sent off.

can you guys remember yrs back when Michael Owen on the way n 1 to 1 to face the big spider n try to score. Only have Paul S. came from behind & brought down Owen just before Owen could reach the penalty box. Not to mention lately a similar event committed again by Paul S. & ... Gigg.

a big thanks to Danny Murphy and Fulham!

Let me 1stly congratulate Fulham for their heroics esp Schwarzer. 2ndly, I must also congratulate Scholes for being the second fool (the first fool award has been given to Vidic) that turn the game around. And of coz the 3rd Foolhardy award was presented to Rooney who couldnt keep his temper in check. Scholes cost MU first blood & LOONEY cost MU any hopes of salvation.

Now, Im not saying MU was bad last nite. Even with 10 men they were a threat & they couldve equalised. Some decisions by the ref were harsh esp some tackles on Ronaldo(Am i being objective enough, Manure fans?) But as the saying says, You cant win it all.

The 2-0 win is very flattering even for Fulham where MU has never lost in Craven Cottage for since 1958.

The odds last nite was MU -1 handicap. It paid off handsomely for me as every being on this planet was expecting a backlash (more like a backlash on their own buttocks)
Im sure MU's next opponent will get the long awaited backlash. We shall see wont we?

Remarkable past 10 days for Liverpool, scoring 13 goals and conceding 1 against Real Madrid, Manchester United and Aston Villa. A Liverpool EPL & ECL double is still on the cards.

Don't forget 4 penalties in these 3 games. A smell of "KELONG" in the air.:p

AH DIUUUU...
What do u make of Manure's game against Fulham? Need some deep insights on how they lost it. Btw, Craven Cottage is one place MU never lost at before since 1958. Cmon lah, be a real sport & talk about football

All I can say is that I have not been this happy as a Reds supporter since Istanbul 05' On Sat I was listening to 93.8Live where one of the hosts asked guest Jose Raymond(former Today writer and Reds fan) what the Liverpool v Villa score would be and he said 4-0 to the Reds, to howls of laughter from the United supporters in the studio, well I myself thought he was being a tad generous, personally saw it as 2-0 or 3-1 at best. But boy was his prediction a sign of sweeter things to come:smile:

Chaps believe chaps, believe, believe...yes the title is still in United's hands to loose but let us believe that the Reds can push them all the way and win their last 8 games and then we shall see who remains standing after the dust settles. Come on you Reds:cool:

PS Just disappointed that the Internationals are disrupting Reds rich vein of from, what to do, let's hope for the best.

Man Utd lost to Fulham because Fulham took the game to Man Utd.
If you watched the 2 earlier games between the 2 teams, Fulham started off very tentatively, almost too "respectful" to go into battle with the red devils. Man Utd dominated the possession, passed the ball around, dictated the pace and scored 3 and 4goals respectively.
In the last game, they went straight into the attack. Man Utd doesn't like teams which get at them. In some ways, Inter Milan were also too "respectful" and ended up losing the 2 legged tie.
