If what Scroobal said is true (i.e. that she has been set up for life to keep her quiet), things appear to have ended quite well for her. She is the example that all women who have affairs with PAP MPs should follow.

I strongly urge these individuals to forget about being election candidates and become effective supporting helpers in the strong parties instead. They should not unthinkingly waste their time and resources. It is not just strong passion alone that counts. Other important factors like public image, idiosyncracies in speech and personal mannerisms. The simple public will not buy what they perceive as 'an inferior product' (unless they are hanging on someone's coattails). This is the stark reality of the 'marketplace'.
