everyone always equates Mohammed with Islam. Mohammed had nothing to do with Islam in his entire life. Islam claimed him posthumously. Just as the Christians did with Jesus. There was no Christianity as we know it in Jesus' lifetime.

There was no Koran nor Islam in Mohammed's lifetime either. It was all created long after he died. I don't have dates, but I do know that Christianity as we know it started a few hundred years after Jesus left the planet. I haven't found how long after Mohammed died that Islamist priests started using his name to create a religion. But I would presume at least decades after he was buried.

Quran is there. Thats the proof. Hafiz are there. Thats the proof. U go to any Masjid, all Muslims will be reciting the same Quran, same 114 chapters, no more no less. Has been such past 1400 years.
